My research informs and evaluates tobacco policies and interventions, motivated by themes of social justice and health equity. I currently have an FDA/NIH-funded tobacco regulatory science K01 focused on understanding the relationships between local cigar pack size policies and tobacco use behaviors across populations and an MPI R01 understanding how incremental changes in cigar pack size influence behavior within the context of other product features using experimental approaches. I am broadly interested in how to improve public policies to improve health outcomes for all populations.
