We’re excited to announce that this year, we will offer monetary awards for the top poster in Animal Studies and the top poster in Human Studies! Please note that there are limited spots available for poster presentations. Poster submission will close on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 6:00 PM.

- Setup: Poster presenters must set up their posters during registration from 8:30 to 9:00 AM in the Multipurpose Room at the Busch Student Center.
- Poster Boards: Foam boards are 60 inches long and 40 inches wide, mounted on tripods, and can be oriented horizontally or vertically. Push pins will be provided.
- Poster Board Number: Your board number will be listed on your name badge, displayed on your poster board, and included in the Symposium Booklet.Please ensure the poster board number is visible on your poster so judges can easily find you.
- Judging: Please stay by your poster from 5:00 to 5:30 PM during which your assigned judge will visit to hear your presentation.
- Presentation Time: The session will begin at 5:00 PM. Presenters will have 5 minutes total with their assigned judge: 3 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
- Awards: The top poster in Animal Studies and the top poster in Human Studies will be announced between 5:45 and 6:00 PM. Each of the top two posters will receive a certificate and a cash prize of $100.00.
