The Alan Alda Center for Communicating Science of SUNY Stoneybrook works to advance science through research, education, and training in engaging and effective communication. Their programs help make science engaging and accessible. The Alda Center’s foundational programs trains scientists and researchers in a variety of ways to connect with audiences effectively, build trust, and share the wonder and joy of their work. Thescience communication programs focus on building skills and refining strategies that empower researchers and communicators to reach audiences in new and engaging ways.
