CHOICES is celebrating its 20th Anniversary on October 9, 2025, at The Rutgers Club in Piscataway. Founded by Dr. Jill Williams, CHOICES (Consumers Helping Others Improve their Condition by Ending Smoking) is a peer-led program addressing tobacco dependence among individuals with mental health conditions.
