DESCRIPTION:The Center of Alcohol and Substance Use Studies is hosting an upcoming Cooper Colloquium Endowed Lecture\, featuring Dr. Shannon Kehle-Forbes\, on October 22nd\, from 12:30 to 1:30 PM.\n\nDr. Kehle-Forbes will present on the topic\, “Centering Patients’ Voices in the Study of Co-Occurring Post-Traumatic Stress and Substance Use Disorders.” In this talk\, Dr. Kehle-Forbes will share key findings from a large randomized comparative effectiveness trial evaluating two psychotherapies for treating PTSD co-occurring with substance use.
